Youth

Building Christian character and values

Leader: Bishop Garfield Wilson

General Overview of the Youth Ministry

The Youth Ministry covers a particular age group within the church’s demography. At Praise Cathedral Worship Centre, we have recognized the importance of having a great youth ministry.  We aim to have a growing Youth Ministry that is contextually relevant and appealing yet at the same time Christocentric and Biblically sound and holistic, hence appealing to the total man. We understand that our ministry is about God so we aim to do it to the best of our abilities because God is a God of excellence.

Mission Statement

The mission of Praise Cathedral Worship Center Youth Ministry is to establish a foundation for evangelizing unsaved youths and building Christian character, morals, values and conduct in young people by using creative and innovative methods to engage, teach, disciple, illuminate, and ignite our young people for Jesus Christ.

Vision Statement

Our vision is to respond to the social and spiritual needs of the youth within our church and community by providing relevant and effective programs and activities that will help them to build a strong foundation of faith. In so doing they will be enabled and empowered to be the best God wants them to be.
